Beautiful 75m2 duplex located in Villars, 5 minutes away from the cable car departure. The residence has been completely renovated. On the first floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area for 6 people, a fireplace, and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Alps. The partially open, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a bedroom with a trundle bed for two people are also on this floor.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious 30m2 bedroom with a 160-wide bed, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs with a coffee table, and a shower room with a toilet. The bedroom opens onto a terrace and a garden.

The duplex can be rented on a weekly basis or for a 2-night weekend (Friday to Sunday). For rentals longer than one week, please call me to inquire about the conditions, as it depends on the number of weeks and the season.

While I don't offer seasonal rentals, it is possible to book 3 to 4 consecutive weeks during the summer or outside of official holidays.

There is a covered parking space and a communal parking area in front of the building. The duplex is equipped with a TV and Wifi.

Families with 3 children are welcome, as there are 4 sleeping spaces, including the sofa bed.

If you wish to bring a small dog, please contact me to discuss it, and smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

The rental price includes beddings for 4 people and standard cleaning, which amounts to CHF 100 for one week. A CHF 250 security deposit will be required but will be refunded at the end of the stay.

If additional bedding is needed for 4 people, I charge CHF 25 per bed, and for towels, CHF 10 for a hand towel and a bath towel.

You will also be required to pay the mandatory tourist tax, and you will receive discounts for the pool and facilities like the train.

If you need a baby cot or a child's chair, please let me know, and it's free of charge.

The Résidence area is a very peaceful neighborhood in Villars, which is a large resort in the Vaud region.

You can easily reach the ski slopes on foot or by skiing, and you can also walk to the bus stop at the cable car departure, which will take you to the center of Villars in just a few minutes. There's also a grocery store at this bus stop.
